Over the past five years, my experience as a tutor and psychologist in the field of mental health has been deeply rewarding. As a tutor, I've had the opportunity to guide and mentor students, helping them understand complex psychological concepts and develop critical thinking skills. As a psychologist, I've worked with individuals to address a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Through therapy sessions, I've provided support, guidance, and evidence-based interventions to help clients navigate their challenges and work towards healing and personal growth. It's been a privilege to witness the resilience and courage of my clients as they embark on their journey towards greater well-being.
