For an entreprenuer it is extremely important to be great at Execution and implementation.

So I would suggest you that you should prepare for the Common entrance exams and then have a strong CV and Motivation letter and then apply for a masters degree.

How much can I expect to spend studying abroad in Germany?

However just for an approximate information the UG courses are notmally 4 years course and the cost of living and tuition fee together is about Euro 20,000- 25,000/ annum ie about INR 17,00,000 to 20,00,000 lacs per annum.
