Hi! Sridhar , if you feel stangnated than please by all means take up a course to upgrade or brush up your existing skill set. Switching career has two aspect to it , one is the domain and other the industry. Therefore 1st step would be to decide what would you like to do . Then accordingly choose related skills that will help you upgrade . Also do an extension of your specialisation of MBA. e.g If you have done MBA with marketing specialization than do something in digital marketing to give you a broad perspective .Hope this helps.
