"Sowmya 's yoga classes are very interesting. Each day she tries to make us do something different than the previous day. She is a great motivator, she motivates us to do an extra bit, sometimes it could be an inch forward or a couple of seconds more to hold the posture and we will be in a mindset to take up her challenge. She keeps track of your medical history and advises which asanas you should or should not do. Really happy with her classes "
