IdentityI have 3-4 years of experience in providing private tution to kids from nursery to grade 5. I have recently relocated from Bangalore to Gurgaon and planning to resume same over here.
I take classes on individual basis or batch size of maximum 3 kids so that I can focus on individual development.
Strategy:
Conducting weekly classes
2 Extra classes in a month (preferably on weekends) to understand kid's progress and their areas of improvement.
Providing worksheet and assessment sheet on these days.
