I am a personal trainer. Staying healthy and fit should be everyone's priority. A person can prosper in life only while he is physically fit. I train my students in ways they can follow to be in their best shape.
I have been teaching my students for the past three years and during this time, I have interacted with people having various requirements. So when I plan my training program, I try to focus more on the needs of the learners and then design those accordingly. Each person is different from others, so the training also varies extensively.
I have completed my Bachelor's degree in science and bagged a few Gym training certificates. Being a seasoned trainer has given me many opportunities to meet people, so I am good at providing them with what they require.
