I am a Certified Personal Trainer, health coach and Posture Correction Specialist. I am working as an independent contractor since 2021. I am certified from american council on exercise and postural restoration institute. I am pursuing bsc strength and conditioning from Setanta college. My key skills are integrated approach from posture correction, improve mobility to improve various aspects of resistance training i.e General Fitness, Strength building, Muscle building, Endurance fitness. I also train special population i.e people suffering from diabetes, asthma, hypertension, coronary artery disease, asthma, dislipidemia, stroke, peripheral artery disease and osteoporosis and people eith musculoskeletal issuesl like Piriformis syndrome, Patellofemoral pain syndrome, Shin splints, Achilles tendinitis.
