Besides being a Psychologist, I am a well read and experienced Yoga professional. I find in meaning in helping individuals to become more effective in life. <br/> <br/>I also enjoy using behavioral science approach to enable learning and organisation development in corporate environment. <br/> <br/>I have studied Psychology, Yoga, Science of Living, Adult Learning, Buddhism Philosophy, Mindfulness etc. <br/> <br/>The learning and practice of Mindfulness and Psychology help me with an understanding of the factors affecting learning, behaviour change, and holistic development. <br/> <br/>Many of my ideas originate from my diverse life experiences, doing farming in my village, trekking in the Himalayas and others come from time spent in the corporate world. Most seem to simply 'bubble-up' from a varied reading taste, living by YUJ Philosophy, and trying to stay impactful in the world around him. <br/> <br/>Nowadays, I am exploring the factors affecting: <br/>-integral and transpersonal psychology <br/>-the process of Using Knowledge(learning) in practice <br/>-neuroscience to unleash the human brain’s potential <br/>-physiology of consciousness <br/>-and a few other areas such as epistemology, phenomenology, theology, ontology, and aesthetics.
