Mr. Rahul belongs from Rishikesh and he had started his yoga journey from here. He has completed 200 hours of yoga alliance, USA. he has done yoga competitions of yoga from different States of india Banglore Chhattisgarh Jharkhand, He has been trained under the guidance of experienced and proficient yoga gurus of rishikesh.
He has also taught in other schools like a aadiyogaschool,om shanti om, yoga kulam yogtarang etc.
Rahul started his yoga journey in 2017. He has 6 years of teaching experience till now. He teaches multiple styles of yoga like -- Ashtanga, traditionalHathayoga, alignment and adjustment classes.the main focus in his class is asana and adjustment. Rahul says that yoga is not just about opening your, body yoga is about to learn the movements of your body and open it on proper way.
