Foreign universities do not consider so much your backlogs. They see whether you cleared that subject with how much scoring and whether that specific subject is directly related to your MS or master degree. Another point you have very good IELTS scoring. So carry on and best of luck.
I also suggest you for Germany, where you can study for free and better job opportunities tan Canada. Please check your subject related jobs in which county are better.
