As a seasoned personal fitness trainer and an intrepid Zumba Instructor with 8 years of enriching experience, I am deeply passionate about promoting health and wellness in individuals. With a Master of Arts degree under my belt, I am also a licensed Zumba instructor and hold certifications as an EREPS and SPEFL government-certified yoga instructor, as well as a Reiki therapist.

While I do not possess any formal teaching certifications beyond my fitness credentials, my years of experience and expertise speak volumes about my dedication and proficiency in the domain.
