I've been training since past 5 years and I've learnt that fitness is not just about losing or gaining weight but it's a lot more than that.
Thus, I master in training individuals who not only desire to loose fat and build lean muscle mass but also those who wish to build stabilization, strength, endurance and master their weightlifting forms.
