Nikhil Arya

Nikhil Arya is the Founder and Chairman of LeadUpIndia- 'Leaders Inspiring Solutions'. He was the Former Founder CEO, FilmStay (It was a young budding Start-up in the entertainment sector, with a team size of 70 Members), and the National President Project AZAD, it was a Unification drive for paying Grand Tribute to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam on his birth anniversary. Dr. Kalam was his constant mentor and LeadUpIndia was envisioned back in when Nikhil Arya met with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam in 2015.

Project AZAD got executed across all the pioneer technology and management institutions of the Nation namely, IIT BOMBAY, IIT KANPUR, IIT ROPAR, IIT-BHU, IIT DELHI, NIT JAIPUR, NIT SURAT, NIT WARANGAL, IIM AHMEDABAD, IIM BANGALORE, IIM LUCKNOW, BITS HYDERABAD
Project AZAD was the film, which is produced by FilmStay and Launched at IIM Ahmedabad by Padma Shri Dr. (Prof.) Anil Kumar Gupta.

For this Project, Nikhil Arya got recognized, appreciated, and greeted by AIR CHIEF MARSHAL, INDIAN AIR FORCE, AND ISRO CHAIRMAN, this was a huge tribute on Worlds’ Students Day by the students in India. Later in 2020, he got nominated for Karamveer Chakra Award, by REX and United Nations. In 2021, he received the award. His service towards the Nation is impeccable, which shows his evergreen motivation towards working for the holistic development of India.
During COVID-19 Second wave, Arya and his team of 255 People in and around Rajasthan, worked towards mankind and served all the people in need. Arya believes in constant development via learning, observing, and involvement.

Arya's strong networking style has helped him to unfold multiple pages of his life to miles. Holds a strong and deliverable network of youth in all the 28 States of India.
