I have started teaching not by choice but it was destined ,earlier I was working as a copy- writer and Research Analyst with an AD Company, but after few months my inclination towards that job has dropped. Then , to fill my emptiness I have started working with Play School called Mother's Pride as these young toddlers are the real stress busters, my journey to teaching begins from that very point and till now its a roller- coaster ride which I am enjoying the most. And now my students are my top most priority, to match up with the world new philosophies and techniques of teaching. I am learning new methodologies by participating curriculum Workshops ,Training's, and Seminars on Teaching and Parenting. I always believe learning comes through the wonderful bond between a Teacher and Students and that's how I teach.Yes' No doubt that at the time of teaching I follow certain Norms in a form of Rules and Disciplines but yes as per age appropriate. I have taught Nursery and Preparatory Grades, using Play-way method, Sight Reading and so on whereas for Grade 1 onward's ,I am little firm but flexible too and totally rely on experienced rich way of teaching as the Primary zone is base learning zone so examples ,experience and 'learning by doing' plays major role and yes undoubtedly Patience of Parents- teacher both required in it.
