Have been a professor for almost 16years, worked with more than 3000 graduate and post graduate students, Coached them for placement and internship interviews,mentored and Counseled them for personal development, Helped them with resume development and worked on their communication skills.
I have in addition trained corporates on communication and online marketing. Have guided them through social media and website marketing.
I now work freelance on my own, guiding young adults on career choices & self development. I believe that with a little bit of support we can push ourselves through all challenges and come out richer in life's experiences.
My latest experience with Skill development Center has given me the opportunity to work with a diaspora of students with all backgrounds, be it English speaking or Hindi. What came out strongly was the fact that the requirement of the hour is effective communication & the zeal to succeed. A little bit of training & motivation from a concerned mentor works wonders here.
