I had completed my Bachelors of Law from Rajasthan University and is subsequently pursuing the Company Secretaryship from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and two Subjects are left of Professional Programme. Share Subscription/ Partnership/Service/ Stock Purchase Agreement, NDAs, MOUs/ LOIs, among others), General Agreements (viz. Leave and Licence/ Loan Agreement, etc), drafting of various applications/ letters.

Further, I am well versed with the provisions of Companies Acts, 2013 and rules made thereunder; general commercial laws; basics of drafting; among others.
