Everyone love music but very few try to find out why do we love these musical vibrations? Music is a food to your brain in the form of vibrations. One can enhance Creativity and be more constructive by lubricating their brain using vibration & exercising brain to make right decisions at the right moment. While playing melodies on guitar with the help of fingers of both of your hands, what your brain gets is information in the form of vibration/sound through your ears. This practice also massages your brain, both left & right sides. For right handed people it works more on the right-side of the brain. The right-side of the brain controls the left side of your moves & the left-side of the brain controls the right side of your moves. Right handed people feel easy on their right hand while practicing; they have to focus more on their left hand. So you have to focus on doing it right again & again in order to understand the scale of vibration on your guitar using both of your hands. Finally you learn to create a pattern of vibrations/pitch which makes deeper sense & generate melody & feelings through the instrument. Another interesting connection of musical vibration is with Chakras. Chakras balance energy flow in the body. Any kind of physical, mental or emotional imbalance in our body is due to imbalance of these CHAKRAS. There are seven main CHAKRAS in our body and seven notes in music. CHAKRAS could be balanced or tuned using colours or vibrations through Meditation. Playing freestyle on guitar is one of the highest forms of Meditation one can practice. It’s about guiding yourself to the right direction. A child plants the seed of his future what he/she will become at a very young age. But if they are not with the right frequency during their growth they get distracted. They need to focus to be with the right frequency at the right time as they feel & love. Every individual play differently. In free-style guitar you play with the time and scale & you play with your free feelings. Two individuals play with different pattern of notes under similar feel, scale & timing because both think and create at the moment differently without copying each other. Your concentration is mainly on the rhythm & melody during your play. So you do what you love & like to play musically-freely.
