Teaching has always been one of my dearest hobbies. Since it's never late to mend, therefore,one can learn anything from anyone irrespective of his/her age. Teaching creates double bonanza,one for the student and the other for the teacher itself. I believe that teaching and learning process should not only be confined to textbooks, rather a practical application must be involved in it. Knowledge is not gained via rote learning mind but a rational one.
I have taught many slum children who were deprived of basic educational background. Being a student of pure mathematics background, I make sure that the students learn the essence of mathematics and not just the formulas. Making good score in exams should not be the only mantra of teaching, instead one should enjoy the process.
