"Gold gym sector 14 gurgaon is worst gym . the trainers lack basic knowledge . Even head trainer veer never guided me correct he lacks basic knowledge and lacks basic etiquette . worst is physiotherapist miss rekha verma she knows nothing about physiotherapy seems as if she has fake degree or what she lacks basic knowledge also atleast inspite of me going to her number of times she never listened or responded . rest all other trainers too lack basic knowledge . Never join this gym please dont risk your life .Beware of these corporate gyms chains franchisee who just want money and once you pay them theyl never respond to your grievances.gold gym sector 14 "
