Course Structure: German

According to Goethe institute, there are 6 levels in German language i.e.,

A1 (Beginner level), A2 (Elementary), B1 (Intermediate), B2 (Upper Intermediate), C1 (Advanced), C2 (Proficient).

The proficiency exam for German language is known as “Goethe- Zertifikat”. These exams are only conducted by Goethe Institute (Max Mueller Bhavan).

Here is a brief overview of the German Language syllabus (A1)

· Introduction to the alphabets numbers.

· Pronunciation.

· Introduction of self.

· Questions and answers.

· Understanding basic sentence structure.

· Email, text messages, request...etc.

Grammar:

· Verbs, noun and gender.

· Pronoun and preposition.

· Present tense.

· Simple past tense.
