IdentityI completed my degree in BSc and a postgraduate Diploma in Systems Management. I have also pursued a postgraduate Diploma in Special Education and BEd. I have twenty-five years of teaching experience. I am an RCI certified Special educator. I have extensive experience in education and working with special children. I have previously worked with various CBSE and special schools, hospitals, institutions and development centres.
I have always admired a teacher's work and wanted to help children become independent. My most outstanding achievement was the tremendous growth I have seen in my students. I have taught many students with different needs and struggles. Many of my Dyslexic students have shown immense growth and have even become doctors. My classes are conducted online and offline mode. I prefer one-on-one lessons, enabling me to give individual attention to every student. I teach students starting from nursery to twelfth standard.
My classes are meticulously planned and well-structured. I provide special education to students with special needs in all subjects. Before beginning the courses, I understand the student's needs. Every child comes with struggles and requirements. As a teacher, I understand individual differences and address their requirements accordingly. My classes are highly flexible and personalised according to the students.
I use various visual modes like Powerpoint presentations and animations, making lessons more interactive and exciting. I use mind mapping to help my students in learning the topics. I provide appropriate course materials to the students. I work towards narrowing the gap for my students. I have achieved growth rates from zero to seventy in many of my students. I understand every student has their learning capacities and interests. I am a passionate teacher, working towards the growth and development of my students with their needs fulfilled.
