This was the utility that was designed and coded by me Single-Handedly. I used singleton pattern for caching the Base-Data, Strategy Pattern for award types inside a Spring Mvc Container. Authentication, Authorization and Providing access roles to the URLS and methods was done through Spring Security-3.0.2Release. Currently, the enhancement is going to provide it with SPRING-KERBROS authentication mechanism to make it a single sign on application. Ajax communication was achieved through jQuery .
