In this course I will tell you about the health and nutrition scientifically. You will be provided with diet plan of yours and will get knowledge about the correct food you have to take and the food which you do not have to take ...... You will get a good conviction and a good reason to follow. There will be one hour class in a week where we will discuss about your experience while doing diet. I will take all of your doubts if you have realated to diet plan . I will also provide recipes to you so that you can enjoy your meal.
