To get an idea of what a training session with me would look like here’s a little example: Short dynamic warm up on a cardio equipment; dynamic multi-joint stretching. Then 3-4 circuits of 3 exercises. At least one full body movement and one core exercise. I do welcome isolating exercises as well.* 5 min cool down and stretching *However hypertrophy, rehabilitation and sports specific training may be programmed differently. The most important thing is open and honest communication so that I could provide you with the best service. It is in my best interest for you to achieve your goals and feel great. Thank you
