On the contrary, the reason there are so many frameworks out there is because JS is one of the easiest to learn and use. JavaScript is a programming language, and to be able to use any of the modern frameworks, you need a good handle on vanilla JS. Frameworks just let you focus more on business logic than worrying about its implementation. Also, every programming language has a framework that's built on top of it. You name it - C, C++, Ruby, Python, etc
To sum it up, JS isn't bad nor any of its frameworks. It's up to the person who uses it to get the best out of them.
