Ankit Jha

Ankit is a transformative leader with over 14 years of experience in Fintech, healthcare, and life sciences. He has a track record of enabling success through strategic planning, product design, sales, and marketing effectiveness for more than 100 companies across 15 countries.
Currently, he is working as an AI/ML Product Leader at Tide in Gurugram, India, where he has contributed significantly to the company's growth and global expansion. He has played a crucial role in reducing card decline rates, doubling the true positive rate for risk models, and increasing revenue, among other accomplishments.
Before Tide, Ankit worked as a Consulting Manager at ZS Associates, where he established and led the Emerging Pharma India practice. He managed a team of over 60 members and worked on various projects, including the successful launch of an oncology product during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Prior to ZS Associates, Ankit worked as an Analytics Leader at MetLife in Dubai, where he established and led the EMEA Analytics practice. He implemented analytics solutions across multiple business functions and developed a machine learning-based Fraud Waste Abuse Engine, resulting in significant business benefits.
Earlier in his career, Ankit was a Senior Manager at Mu Sigma Inc. in Chicago, where he advised Fortune 500 clients on organizational design and implementation roadmaps for analytics and big data functions.
Ankit holds a B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology in Rourkela, India. During his time there, he played a key role in Schneider's BIPBOP India Initiative and was a sports captain for the Football and Lawn Tennis teams.
