Overview

I've been teaching yoga since the last 10 yrs. My main forte is healing the body and mind and teaching therapeutic ways for specific body conditions. One of the main byproduct of asana and pranayam practices is reliving of memories and knots in the body to experience a stress free life. I've always taught through Skype and WhatsApp Video, but since COVID, I've moved my platform to Zoom. I've been a yoga instructor at IIMU since the last 10 yrs and still continue to teach both online and offline. I look forward to meeting new people through this portal!
