Both the Spanish guitar and acoustic guitar are acoustic instruments. However, most of the time when someone says they play acoustic guitar, they mean the commonly used steel-string guitar. Nylon string guitars are either what we call classical guitars or flamenco guitars. So, nowadays, Spanish Guitar is frequently recognized as the classical guitar and the acoustic guitar means the steel string guitar.

There is not any guitar particularly we can call Spanish Bcz it's a style that we play on guitar in easy way difference between acustic and Spanish/classical is its strings. Acustic guitar comes with steel string and classic/Spanish has nylon strings.
