Buy a guitar, watch some youtube lessons and spend a lot of time practising. The only problem is without a teacher you will not know if you are doing the things the right way as you tube is a one way street! The more time you spend the faster you can learn how to play the guitar. If you feel you need help it would help to start classes with a teacher.
