This is Madhu Sudana Rao, M.sc.,M.sc.,B.Ed.,D.El.Ed., I have 18 years of teaching experience in schooling. I use to teach Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry upto tenth standard, I am always optimistic, I can handle the students at any type of situation, I use to motivate the students to achieve their goals. I am very humble and simple with my colleagues, I use to inspire my students when they are in passive mode. I use to conduct debates and science seminars in our school. With my motivation all my students use to participate in science exhibitions, so that I made some improvement regarding scientific temper in the minds of my students, this will help them not only academic performance as well as their future goals also. I can maintain very good rapport with my students as well as their parents also. I conduct parents meeting also whenever necessary, so that they may know about their children regarding all aspects. I conducted online classes in the pandemic situation i.e., covid-19 season. I received best teacher award also in my former school. I have participated state level science inspire program and it is great privilege to share this with you. I use to conduct quiz contests to test my students knowledge in subject content era, so that I can find lacking area, then i will take necessary action to improve such content area regarding subject knowledge, other wise they will omit that particular subject also sometimes. Anyway I do work hard to improve the subject knowledge and also my teaching is totally student centric.
