Manage, maintain and take initiatives for improvement of L & D / Soft Skills/ OD Training's related to specific client’s requirements. (Communication, interpersonal skills, values & ethics, personal grooming)
Upon training of team leadership, behavioral management and conflict resolution skills. Exceptionally organised and disciplined on enhancing interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and direct others in a supportive, cooperative team environment.
Co-ordinate with management,cross-functional teams, and vendors in the execution of daily tasks and functions. Generate and maintain training records and reports.
