Duties:
Preparation of Training materials based on the institutional requirements for the subjects [viz.,] Fire Engineering, Industrial Safety,Construction Safety & Occupational Health & Safety.
Provide power point presentation for the students attending the Safety engineering course on daily basis.
Preparation of Questioner after completing each topic followed by examination for the students.
Conducting interactive session by providing different topics and also group discussions.
Preparation of hand books for the students after completing the courses etc.,
Presenting Video’s on various safety incidents while conducting the power point presentations for students.
Workshop on Industrial Safety awareness:
Conducted one day training for a Forging Industry employees on Industrial Safety awareness workshop.
Carrying out various activities such as hand-holding, field observations, ongoing and continuous measurement of implementation and workplace application of training outcomes
Enhancing the Impact of Training - Responsible/accountable for the business impact of the training delivered, requiring: Carrying out workshops aimed at following through with the participants on the training outcomes to be implemented in the workplace.
