I did montessorie tranning so learn with fun is my policy to teach.....i love spending time with kids........ I can also teach students from play group. So far my teaching experience to class 1-5 is very good. We should be friendly with them and make them study with some interesting examples, and teach very interesting facts which they can grasp easily. By making them understand in a interesting way so that the students get their interest in the subjects and it will help the students to give their concentration in their subjects. My teaching experience as a kindergarten teacher is of great fun as well as challenge. Teaching the little ones require huge patience and understanding. I am passionate about educating my students, so I work with them and motivate them to lead them to find inspiration in learning. I use different strategies to engage them and share with them the knowledge. For me, teaching is part of learning. As I am teaching I am also learning from my learners as they are diverse. Each learner in the classroom brings his or her unique background and ability. These are the elements that I invest in my teaching. Moreover, I allow learners to be themselves. This is a way of creating a conducive environment for learning.
