The GMAT does not allow physical whiteboards during the exam. Instead, candidates are provided with a digital whiteboard for the online GMAT or a laminated booklet with a non-permanent marker in the test center.

The laminated booklet, often called a "noteboard," consists of about 5 double-sided pages (roughly 8.5 x 14 inches each) for writing notes and calculations. The pages are erasable, and you can request additional booklets if needed.

For the online GMAT, the digital whiteboard can be accessed during the exam, allowing you to draw or write on your screen. Some test-takers use an external mouse or a tablet to make it easier to write.

If you're preparing for the GMAT, it's a good idea to practice using a small whiteboard or erasable notebook to simulate the experience.
