My meticulous thought process gives birth to innovative ideas which are the reason of many successful stories which I have created through twenty-four years of my career. After completing my studies , I worked with companies like Amity International , Frankfinn and Hero mindmine , idea cellular where I created higher standards of achievement. I have spent majority of time in the field of training and development. Being a hardcore trainer for more than eighteen years , I understand inside out know how of human behavior, society and corporate culture. I plays an instrumental role in bringing people together to achieve common goals. My ability to lead effectively earned me many important positions and made me role model for youngsters.
