I completed my Bachelor of Education in the year 2011 and the same year as soon as I completed my studies, I was offered a job as an English teacher in the school where I had gone for teacher training visualizing my skills and abilities in teaching. It was a proud moment for me because before applying for a job anywhere I was offered a job there in that school itself before completing my final exam. I spent seven wonderful year in teaching English. I can teach the students to score high marks in their exams. I mainly concentrate on Grammar topics so they can write and communicate fluently without fear. I have earned a good name for teaching Grammar. I have handled classes upto tenth standard. I have the experience of evaluating state board exam papers which help me to train the students on exam point also. Through my experience I came to realize the powerful nature of education, the potential I has to speed and promote second language development and the opportunities it gives to learn the English language. During my previous job, I learned so many things that helped me to improve myself and develop a unique approach to teaching. Some of the things that helped me to become more efficient include working on my energy ,confidence ,patience level and my ability to listen to the students. I use different strategies to engage them and share with them the knowledge. Each day is a new chance to work with young minds and teach new things. I will give worksheets related to the topics and correct their mistakes to clear their topics.
