Gymnastics

"Joined this gym as I was attracted to see so much variety of machines. Thankfully I paid for a month and here is my experience: PROS 1. Variety of Cardiac machines. 2. Not too much crowded CONS 1. No training provided i...f you don't take personal training for which trainer will insist you. Initially 3-4 days trainer will tell you exercises but after that if you don't take personal training, you will be given an exercise chart. Personal training will cost you another 4000 Rs per month which is separate from gym charges which are: 4800 per month 2. exercise written in exercise chart are same for each and very one whether you plan to do weight loss or muscle training,eventually you will end up doing either all exercises or nothing. 3. gym receptionist are so well trained that they will make you take quarterly or yearly package with full payment in advance so that you are stuck in the gym and wasting time without proper training and guidance from trainer. 4. Dietitian will only provide diet counseling, if you ask for diet chart, you have to pay another 3500 Rs per month for that. 5. Also expect that gym can close any time because their staff go on strike or some rent problem with owner. etc etc. all false reasons. CONCLUSION: 1. useless gym if you want some help or guidance from trainers. 2. Join this gym if u are planning to do exercises on your own,you wont have any problem with equipment. Don't expect guidance of any kind. 3.And as this is a multinational gym,you have to shell out extra bucks for each and every other thing. " more
