Sangeeta Arya

I have been working as a yoga therapist for the last six years, and I have worked as a yoga therapist in some studios at University as a teacher; I have worked with a local channel in Uttarakhand as a yoga therapist and currently work as a freelancer. I have completed my BSc in yogic sciences, with psychology from Dev Sanskriti Vishvidyalya Haridwar, and my post-graduation in yogic sciences from Pacific University Udaipur. My skills are as follows: I am highly qualified and experienced in conducting group and individual yoga classes and have experience working with clients of all age groups and fitness levels. With this, I have worked with prenatal and postnatal and tried to conceive clients with their positive feedback. I create a warm and friendly atmosphere in my classes, where everyone feels comfortable and relaxed. My teaching methodology is based on mindfulness and concentration and helping clients develop their strength, flexibility, and balance.
