I have been a trainer for the past twenty years. I have pursued the Gold's Gym Fitness Institute GGFI certificate course in Advanced Personal Training. I have trained IT company employees for ten years and later for six years trained in gold gym Noida as a personal trainer. Currently, I am running my fitness centre.

I previously worked in the banking sector and gradually got into fitness. I like to stay healthy and share my knowledge with others. I provide personal training sessions. My classes are conducted offline and offline for individuals aged five to eighty years. The duration of my classes is forty to forty-five minutes.

My classes are client-centred and well-planned. I discuss the client's needs and comfort and design the workouts accordingly. My classes are practical and interactive. I also provide proper nutrition sheets for the clients, helping them to stay fit. I understand the value of a healthy body and mind and help people achieve their desired goals.
