I started teaching keyboard around 3-4 years back and have been playing it for 5-6 years now. I am a music teacher at Allenhouse Public School,Vasundhara.I teach the instrument for the fact that I love it and want others to learn it in an easy manner which is comfortable for students of any age. Style of Teaching- --->My style of teaching starts with very basics that involves getting familiar with keys,finger exercises,understanding dynamics,control,sitting posture,understanding notes,pitch,rhythm. Playing basic melody songs like Happy B'day,twinkle Twinkle,etc. I follow a book to teach students that is very simple to learn and available online on AMAZON or you can get a copy from me.It is all in Staff Notation so you get to learn the concepts and techniques strongly. This book comes in 3 levels viz beginner,intermediate and expert. Hence,starting with the level 1,we proceed further.Completing a book takes good amount of time and requires patience.Now,you would be thinking that I will just teach the lessons (western classical) which can be boring. Yes,I accept they are bit but they are very helpful in getting command over your instrument. Alongside,I will also introduce bollywood songs where you can examine and understand the chord progressions,accompanying any song,playing chords,triads,arrpegios,etc. Overall it will be a fun learning and I will make an instrument playing very easy for you.

I started teaching guitar around 3-4 years back and have been playing it for 6 years now. I am a music teacher at Allenhouse Public School,Vasundhara. I teach the instrument for the fact that I love it and want others to learn it in an easy manner which is comfortable for students of any age. Also I am a music teacher at Allenhouse Public School,Vasundhara. Style of Teaching- --->My style of teaching starts with very basics that involves finger streching,gripping,fret familiarisation,understanding notes,pitch,rythm,strumming,scales.Playing basic melody songs like Happy B'day,twinke Twinkle,etc. All This can take 1-2 months depending on student to student. --->Then it follows with major,minor scales,chord structure,open chords and bar chords and introduction to chord progressions and scale family.This is the time where I start a student with some song,be it a latest bollywood or old stuff depends on the difficulty level.Now,this is a very crucial stage where you need a lot of patience to learn because it does take effort and your good amount of practice at home. --->After student is skilled with all this,I introduce him/her to power chords,7th chords,maj7,min7 chords which are mostly used in western songs.Then I include some introduction to blues scales as well. Above all mentioned lies under intermediate level and is enough to learn.It will fulfill whatever you want to learn in guitar and play it without any hassle.You will be able to figure out any melody,song,chords all yourself.
