Trained over 200+ clients with multiple challenges. Following are the few physical challenges I faced with the trainees and how I resolved them:
Trainees were suffering from thyroid - Through 2 months of training, their symptoms came under control.
Trainees were suffering from PCOD/PCOS - Through regular training, their issues were reduced exponentially.
Cervical and Slip Disks: Given this issue, I formulated an exercise regimen that allowed the trainees to lose weight even though they could not bend sufficiently.
Metal rod in the leg: The trainee could not perform normal lifestyle activities due to this issue. This led to mental health issues. Through my training regimen, the trainee can now lead a fulfilling life.
Fatty liver issues - Through regular training, their problems were reduced exponentially
