PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Barclays Shared Services, Noida (Dec-2017) Process Analyst | Control Environment Centre of Excellence (Sep 2015 – Dec 2017 )
Procuring the monthly ACL and ensuring the “right access for the right people” to our applications by properly managing them and providing the MI Reporting and Analytics capability for the onshore clients. Ensuring that a user’s access is reviewed when they change their role or function, and prevent users from retaining application access that isn’t necessarily for their role. Responsible for delivering a number of Ad hoc data/analysis requests.. Build and maintain process documentation of tasks that are transitioned to team. Required to provide informed analysis of key issues to the stakeholders. Responding to the queries raised by the different business owners for the mover/leaver . Conducting the recertification’s of Role Profiles and individual application access (including lower level permissions) and ensure there is effective segregation of duties where required. Required to analyse data and provide objective commentary based on the analysis and knowledge of the business, as it develops. Improve efficiency by automating tactical reports or look for their strategic production from Business Objects. Liaise with team members to identify possible process improvement opportunities. Carry out 4-eyed review of the reports to identify possible errors and inform/correct any issues identified. Ensure timely delivery to meet SLA guidelines for regular BAU deliverables. Attend regular calls with stakeholders and Central Reporting team to provide inputs/status of work completed and gain feedback if any.

Preparation of NPS reports like: Daily reports, MI Monthly Decks , Snapshots ,VCC NPS Grids. Attend regular benchmarking sessions with Team Leaders to ensure that standards and controls and checks are understood and that calls are consistently assessed.
