If at your home, everyone uses native language. Then it is not easy to get an English speaking environment. But you can only change your internal environment by practising it, For example; e.g. if you speak something in your native language at your home, translate it into English in your mind so that you can keep practising it. Also, you should learn about sentence formation. Try it, and it will help you a lot.
