I have trained students and teachers of schools and colleges in communication skills. I have also trained adults. I focus on the functional use of English rather than the rule based traditional grammar approach. My sessions involve a lot of interaction, exercises and assessments for the learner to keep track of the progress. Depending on the level of the learner, the training method and material are designed. My association with the University of Cambridge as a Speaking Test Assessment Examiner has helped to apply the CEFR frame work and the Can Do statements into my syllabus.
