IdentityI have been teaching for the past two years. I hold a BSc in Nursing and an MSc in Nursing. My primary focus is to assist students in qualifying for their examinations and conducting research studies in Nursing. To achieve this goal, I began teaching at SS—Agrawal of Nursing in Nausari, where I taught for two years. Recently, I have also started providing online tuition.
Throughout my teaching career, I have had the opportunity to guide six students. My teaching methodology involves conducting nursing classes online, with each session lasting for two hours. I carefully plan each lesson to ensure a practical learning experience, incorporating both practical classes and theory. I believe in utilising multimedia resources to enhance the learning process, and therefore, I provide my students with PowerPoint videos and comprehensive notes.
As a nursing instructor, my primary responsibility is to create a conducive learning environment for my students. I believe that a well-structured lesson plan helps students grasp the concepts more effectively. By incorporating practical classes, I ensure that my students gain hands-on experience, which is crucial in nursing. Additionally, I emphasise the theoretical aspects of nursing through engaging and informative PowerPoint videos.
To further support my students, I provide them with comprehensive notes. I address any doubts or questions my students may have during our online sessions, ensuring they fully understand the subject. Teaching nursing has been a fulfilling experience for me. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and helping aspiring nurses excel in their studies. I aim to reach a wider audience through my online classes and make quality education accessible to all.
