Meaning of all these sentences is How are you?. Only difference is formal and informal. Ça va, comment ça va?, comment va-tu? Is informal used for tu . And comment allez-vous vous is formal. Used for vous. And if some one ask you comment ça va? You can ans ça va or ça va bien.

all these are forms of asking how are you. comment ca va and comment allez vous may be used in a formal situation where as comment va tu is informal(amongst relatives, friends, cousins) and ca va is very neutral.
