I have been training students/Corporate Professionals/design Enthusiasts since 4 years now, and the experience has been tremendous. CAD is the domain which is not just restricted to theories or learning few software commands but more on the industrial aspects. My training methodology involves practical aspects of Design more than the theoretical ones & the response of the graduates/undergraduates have been excellent seeking Jobs in their preferred domain, i.e Mechanical Design. I believe a student/Working Professional can only understand concepts when he/she is in his comfort zone, therefore i have been giving flexible days & time slots for the classes as per his/her interests.

"Shalabh has been an amazing teacher! Ever since the beginning, we developed a rapport and had a very comfortable relationship! He didn't ever make me feel as if he is the teacher and I am a student! Instead he ensured I was comfortable from the first class itself! He has good intellectual and teaching skills and doesn't take much time to judge a person! The classes and training he gave was excellent! Material provided was at par! He made sure all doubts were cleared at the earliest! He was indeed a guide and helped me every silly mistake I did! At times silly mistakes make u demotivated but he ensured that these mistakes became a part of the overall learning process and thus kept me motivated!
