How to study properly? What are its basics? And How to get full attention?

Create the right study environment. Remove all the distracting things. Keep study room well lighted. Make a study plan and try to follow it. Study with regular breaks. Avoid overthinking. Sit in a chair, not on a bed. Make notes as it will help you memorise the things quickly. When you write something,... ...more

  4. Make a study plan and try to follow it.
  5. Study with regular breaks.
  6. Avoid overthinking.
  7. Sit in a chair, not on a bed.
  8. Make notes as it will help you memorise the things quickly. When you write something, you can easily remember it.
  9. Change the subject every few hours; this will lessen the chance of getting bored.
  10. Lastly, during your breaks, try to play certain games that train your brain for better concentration, e.g. sudoku, jigsaw puzzle, chess and other memory games as these can help you prepare your mind.
