A qualified HR professional Vareena Raina has over 15 years of progressive experience in training and implementation of Quality, Health Safety & Environment Management Systems. She has considerable experience and expertise in motivating, guiding and training employees for maximizing their strength and potential.

Her core competencies lie in the area of training delivery and content development. An empathetic trainer she understands how participants feel and thus easily builds rapport & trust, thereby creating a positive learning environment.

Vareena is associated with reputed firms and manages outsourced HR projects and training assignments. She has successfully assisted multiple organizations in setting up their HR processes aligned with the organization Vision, Mission & Values. She is a visiting faculty member at Provident Fund Organization, Northern region and has trained more than thousand employees.

Vareena has designed and delivered various workshop programmes on 5S and assisted multiple organizations in successful implementation of 5S philosophy.

A qualified Lead Auditor on various ISO standards, Vareena has provided training to internal auditors on ISO standards. She is also on panel of reputed Certification bodies as Lead Auditor for different ISO standards and has over 150 man-day audit experience to her credit.
