It depends upon your performance and company so all the 3language are equal on my ponit of view

f I just finished PHP, what should I choose, CakePHP, Laravel, or anything else?

Develope some simple apps like Login, store, retrieve, delete data then Convert your core PHP code to MVC pattern & finally try all frameworks & apps like Laravel, Wordpress then you will get what you expect.

What PHP apps should I learn in order to get a job?

No need apps you can learn simple PHP syntax and oops concepts If you have free time take a look at laravel or mvc pattern.
